Our Online Company Manager provides you with an easy-to-use Customer Dashboard, allowing you to access a range of services and facilities we provide to manage your companies online in a hassle-free manner.
From our Customer Dashboard, you can access the following areas with just one click:
Create a New Company
Save time when forming new companies by using previously saved information to complete your online company order.
My Details
Update your contact details, including the primary email address you wish to receive your scanned mail, your telephone number or your username and password.
My Order History
View your order history with real time status updates of your company orders.
My Invoice History
View your invoice and payment history. Download or print your invoices for easy accounts reconciliation.
Card Management
Check and update payment options by adding or removing debit or credit card details, and select your primary payment card.
My Companies
View your company registration number and authentication code, update and file changes to directors or company addresses at Companies House with just a few clicks, and purchase products and services for your company from our Shop section.
My Mail
Never misplace post again with our state-of-the-art digital mailroom. If you are an address service customer, your government and business mail is stored as pdf's in your customer area and available to view, download or print, anytime, anywhere.
How to log into the Online Customer Area
Existing customers
Enter your username and password to access your Customer Dashboard.

Fill in some basic information and you will be able to create an account and begin importing companies or forming new companies.
Click here to create an accountMy Services & Renewals
View and renew your business and address services, and change the address we forward your mail to.
Import a Company
Import a previously incorporated company to our system, to update and file changes at Companies House, and purchase our address services to gain access to our digital mail storage system.
