Mail Delivery
Scanned and emailed mail is charged at 50p per item.
Items that cannot be scanned are forwarded by post at Royal Mail rates plus 15%.
VAT Registration
We take care of the formalities and process your VAT registration on your behalf. Companies register because:
- Turnover is expected to exceed £90,000 in the next 12 months, making registration a legal requirement (unless supplies are exempt)
- Turnover is expected to be below £90,000 but the company wants to register voluntarily
The VAT registration process explained
Once your company is incorporated, we'll email you a questionnaire, then apply online. Approval times depend on the information received and HMRC's workload. Once approved, we'll email your VAT Registration Number, and HMRC will post your VAT Registration Certificate.
PAYE Registration
If any employees or directors will take a salary from your company, you must register for PAYE with HMRC. Late registration can result in penalties. We take care of the registration for you.
The PAYE registration process explained
Once your company is incorporated, we'll email you a questionnaire, then apply online. This normally takes around 3 weeks, and HMRC will post your PAYE information to you directly.
If your first payday is less than 3 weeks away, process salaries as normal on that date and complete your registration when HMRC's information arrives. HMRC will take the timing of your registration into account if your first filing is late.
Confirmation Statement Service
It is a legal requirement for every limited company to submit a Confirmation Statement (previously called the Annual Return) to Companies House, informing them of any changes to company details.
Our highly trained staff will prepare your Confirmation Statement and file it with Companies House before the deadline, ensuring it is completed on time and with complete accuracy.
Please note: This service is renewable every 12 months.
Notice will be given in advance of your renewal date and you will be able to cancel the service.
