Peter Doczi is People and Communications Director at 1st Formations, where he leads the company’s people management, recruitment and internal communications functions. Peter joined 1st Formations in 2018 and has held several leadership roles across the organisation. During this time, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s recruitment strategy, employee engagement initiatives and internal processes.
Before joining 1st Formations, Peter spent more than a decade managing customer service and contact centre operations across a range of customer-focused industries. His previous roles included managing multilingual customer service teams, overseeing recruitment and training programmes and improving operational performance through process optimisation and staff development.
Peter’s areas of expertise include people management, recruitment strategy and organisational development within growing businesses. He also has experience in employee engagement, team leadership and operational management in customer-facing environments.
His work frequently focuses on workplace policies, recruitment practices and the processes that help organisations build effective and supportive working environments.
