Adam is the Social Impact Manager at 1st Formations, where he leads the company’s charity partnerships, educational partnerships and staff volunteering programme. He makes sure its commitment to giving back turns into real, measurable support for local communities.

He joined 1st Formations in 2023 and spent three years in sales and customer service, which gave him a thorough working knowledge of every service the company offers. While still working full-time in that role, he became a Paid Volunteering Charity Coordinator. He organised more than 50 paid volunteer days and multiple lunch-and-learns and built new partnerships with local charities.
In September 2026, Adam became BSQ’s first Social Impact Manager. He now runs the company’s charity and educational partnerships, its staff volunteering programme and the communications around them. He is working to make sure every member of staff uses their volunteering day entitlement, and he supports the company’s B Corp commitments.
