But a limited company can be formed with multiple people. So you may be wondering, who will the partner contact once your company formation is complete?
Let’s take a look.
The ‘Delivery & Partner Services’ section of the company formation process
Located at the very end of the process, before your application is submitted to Companies House, you will find the ‘Delivery & Partner Services’ step. Within this section, you’ll be able to see ‘Delivery & partner details’.
It is here that you can let us know who you want the partner to contact once the company has been formed.
This can be you, or someone else – as long as they have been named as part of the company formation.
For example, you could be forming a company with another person, with both of you acting as directors. Rather than enter your own details in this section, you can give theirs – provided they have agreed.
All you need to do is choose whether you’re referring ‘Myself’ or ‘Somebody Else’. You can then enter the necessary information:
